Red Butte Garden Family Photos

What animal is this bush supposed to be??
The Kids loved these cement lizards. I Don't remember who, but one of them asked how to wake the Lizards up. It was pretty cute.

"Family photos"? Where are the family photos ... I see one of three kids and one of kids playing, but what about Mom and Dad?
